Wayfinding Design
For 370 Jay St, 4th Floor
In collaboration with Angela Cha, Jasmine Zhou, Kyra Reiley, and Kirsten Lee
This project proposed a wayfinding and environmental graphic system for the 4th floor lobby at 370 Jay Street that reused existing signage colors to distinguish programmatic spaces and improve navigation for first time visitors, particularly at the elevator lobby.
I was responsible for creating the floor plan, focusing on how people move through the space and how different areas should be grouped and labeled. I analyzed circulation patterns to determine clear spatial sections and naming conventions, and designed the plan to be placed directly outside the elevators so newcomers could quickly orient themselves and navigate the floor with ease.
